Whitening Birthday Promotion

The promoter of this promotion is the West End Dental Group of companies including West End Dental Holdings Limited, registered at 104 Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy LL29 7LL (the "Promoter").

This promotion is open to all active patients of any West End Dental Group practice who are aged 18 or over at the time the vouchers are generated.

Active patients are defined as those who have attended any appointment within the last 24 months and have not indicated that they wish to become inactive.

Employees of the West End Dental Group, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.

Teeth whitening treatments are not recommended for individuals with untreated dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, or tooth sensitivity.

A consultation may be required before treatment to determine suitability.

Exclusions: Teeth whitening treatment is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals under 18, or those with allergies to whitening agents or other treatment ingredients.

Whitening results may vary depending on the condition of the teeth, and the treatment is not effective on crowns, veneers, or fillings.

The promotion will run continuously, with vouchers being sent out around the 28th of each month for patients whose birthdays fall in the following month.

Vouchers will be valid for 45 days from the date they are issued.

All eligible participants will receive a digital gift voucher providing 10% off teeth whitening treatment.

5% of these vouchers (i.e., 1 in 20) will provide 100% off the teeth whitening treatment.

Staff do not know which vouchers qualify for the 100% discount, as this is determined at the time the vouchers are generated.

To redeem a voucher, patients must attend a consultation, be prescribed teeth whitening treatment, and agree to proceed.

Unless they hold a 100% voucher, they will need to pay the remaining cost of the treatment after applying the 10% discount.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other special offer or scheme, including Membership.

Vouchers will be sent to eligible participants via email and SMS using the contact details registered on the patient's file.

It is the patient's responsibility to ensure that the contact details on their file, including email and phone numbers, are accurate and up to date.

The Promoter cannot be held responsible if a patient does not receive a voucher or communication due to outdated or incorrect contact information, system failure or any other reason.

This promotion is open to all active patients, and no purchase, membership, or payment is required to receive a voucher.

All eligible patients will automatically receive a voucher for 10% off teeth whitening, with a chance to receive 100% off.

The odds of receiving a 100% discount are 1 in 20.

Vouchers are valid for 45 days from the date of issue.

After this period, the voucher will expire, and any unredeemed discounts will be forfeited.

Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or manipulates the promotion.

By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the Promoter processing their personal data for the purpose of administering the promotion in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Promoter will only use the personal information provided for the purposes of this promotion unless the patient has opted to receive other marketing communications.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or vouchers not successfully completed, distributed, or redeemed due to technical issues, lost or delayed communication, or any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.

The Promoter’s liability is limited to the value of the prizes stated in these terms and conditions.

In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion or these terms and conditions, the decision of the Promoter will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
